Members Agreement of Powerhouse Collective Australia’s Terms & Conditions
1. This Agreement is between you and Empowered By Style, (ABN) (us, we or our) and relates to your participation in our program known as “Powerhouse Collective Australia” (PHCA).
2. As a member of Business PHCA you understand information, techniques, skills and concepts shared by trainers and speakers and all audio and video recordings, on-line training videos, information, manuals, checklists, documents, websites and other materials (Program Materials) are for educational purposes only and not to be relied on as any type of professional or financial advice.
3. During sessions, some speakers may choose to share with you private information that they do not want repeated outside the PHCA environment. If informed, please be respectful and refrain from discussing such information outside the environment.
4. Recording equipment of any kind is not allowed during PHCA in-person or online streaming events. An official recording will be made by PHCA and once edited, it will be uploaded to the the PHCA Members Lounge portal online.
5. PHCA, the Program Materials, and usernames and passwords provided to you are confidential and must not be given to or shared with people outside the Powerhouse Collective. The only exception to this is you may share relevant information with your staff for the purposes of them implementing the ideas shared into your business.
6. No part of PHCA or the Program Materials may be copied, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, on-sold or otherwise transferred without our prior consent. We or our speakers own all intellectual property rights in PHCA and the Program Materials. Furthermore, videos may not be downloaded from our site and doing so may lead to legal action.
7. PHCA is a 12-month program. Payments must be made at the beginning of each calendar month. There are no cancellations, hold-periods or refunds during this time. Should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. We reserve the right to suspend your access to the program until your payments are up to date. During this initial 12 month period we reserve the right to assess individual memberships in cases of extenuating and or extraordinary circumstances and if an early termination of membership is agreed upon by both parties in writing, a contract exit fee of $500 will be charged and payable Empowered By Style Pty Ltd within 7 days.
8. After your first 12-months, your membership will automatically renew and continue until it is cancelled.
9. After your first 12-months of membership, if necessary, you may suspend for a short period or cancel. Simply send us an email 14- days prior (hello@powerhousecollectiveau.com) to your next payment date. By doing so we can ensure no further charges take place.
10. We reserve the right to change dates and/or move location and the associated losses or transfer costs are the responsibility of the member. Alternatively, we reserve the right to offer a live-streamed or pre-recorded experience.
11. PHCA in-person or online seminars are only able to be attended by the active member included within this Members agreement. If in the event that you are not able to attend the PHCA seminar, it will be recorded, and you will be able to view its contents online.
12. PHCA Members understand that all our events and platforms are for the purpose of personal development, business training and general networking. As such you agree to conduct business within the community in a professional manner and not overtly sell your products or services, unless invited to do so. Furthermore, over-selling your products and services, discussions of politics, religious views, MLM promotion and offensive material are banned. If conduct is deemed to be unacceptable and is not corrected after notice, we reserve the right to cancel your membership.
13. You understand that PHCA will be taking photos and filming all live events. This footage may then be used for the creation of marketing content, online videos or physical products. You give permission for this to occur.
14. We reserve the right to revise this Agreement and PHCA, revise PHCA content, cancel or reschedule part of PHCA Seminars and events or to make other changes to PHCA as reasonably required over time.
15. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in PHCA.
16. With regards to all monthly PHCA seminars, are included. Any other social events, bonus workshops or gatherings that require expenses are the responsibility of the PHCA member.
17. Conference: Collective Conference is not included as part of the Members Lounge. Collective Conference is a separate registration fee.
18. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
